Important Registration Information - Please read below before registering:

Program registration and tuition payments are processed through LMS Academy LLC.

Registration:

All registrations for LMS Academy must be completed online through the official Academy website. This ensures accurate recordkeeping and streamlined communication with all participants.

Season Schedule - The Academy will have one estimated season:

Season 1: September – End of June

New Player Tryouts & Registration:

New Players: All players must attend a tryout before registering. The tryout fee is $25 and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

Registration Fee: A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required to confirm placement in the academy following a successful tryout.

Payment Options:

• Pay in full at the time of registration, or
• Choose a month-by-month installment plan with equal monthly payments.
  

Early-Bird Discount: Players who register and submit payment prior to the early bird deadline will pay a $55 registration fee instead of the standard. Early bird payments must be made in full before the deadline to qualify. 

(Before the new season start which is before September)

Payment Options:

• Pay in full at the time of registration 

             Or 

• Automatic monthly payments until the end of the season 

Withdrawal Policy:

If a participant wishes to withdraw, a 30-day written notice via certified mail must be sent to: 21385 Greenwood CT. Boca Raton, FL 33433. Failure to provide such requested notice will result in the next month’s payment being processed.

Payment Processing: 

Payments will be automatically processed through the website according to the selected player/participant's plan. Payments through LMS academy use a third-party transaction company, and all legally binding laws for such payments are through the payment processing company that LMS chooses to use and or change at its sole discretion. 

Payment Obligation During Holidays and Closures

Notwithstanding any Academy Holidays and Closures, including but not limited to U.S. National Holidays, Jewish Holidays, and any additional or discretionary closures, all tuition, fees, and other financial obligations shall continue to accrue and remain due and payable in full. No proration, credit, refund, or adjustment shall be provided for any days on which the Academy is closed, whether scheduled or unscheduled. By enrolling, the undersigned acknowledges and

agrees that payment obligations are continuous and are not contingent upon the Academy’s operational schedule.

LMS Academy will be held harmless for any 3rd party processing errors.

By registering, all participants and their families agree to abide by the Academy’s policies and procedures. Please review the complete Waiver and Release Agreement carefully for additional details regarding liability, conduct, and expectations.
