Important Registration Information - Please read below before registering:
Registration:
All registrations for LMS Academy must be completed online through the official Academy website. This ensures accurate recordkeeping and streamlined communication with all participants.
At this time, registration is available only for our Sunday League.
Weekday training sessions will launch in about three months. (We will share details as we get closer to the start date).
Seasons of Play:
Season 1: September – End of January
Season 2: February – End of June

Payment Options:
Withdrawal Policy:
Participants who wish to withdraw from the program are required to submit a written notice at least 30 days in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in the following month’s payment being processed as scheduled.
Participants may withdraw at the end of the first season (end of January) without penalty.
Payment Processing:
All tuition payments will be securely processed through the Academy website according to the plan selected during registration. Automatic billing will be applied unless otherwise arranged.
Acknowledgment:
By registering, all participants and their families agree to abide by the Academy’s policies and procedures. Please review the complete Waiver and Release Agreement carefully for additional details regarding liability, conduct, and expectations.
The Liability Waiver and Release Agreement is for parent(s)/legal guardian(s) to sign, considering the minor child’s participation in the Academy’s soccer programs, events, and activities.
