This Privacy Policy explains how LMS Academy LLC ("LMS Academy," "we," "us") and LMS Academy Foundation Inc. (the "Foundation") collect, use, and protect information through lmsoccer.com, our registration forms, and our programs.

1. WHO THIS POLICY COVERS

• Parents and legal guardians who register a child, make a payment, or contact us.

• Players (participants), ages 3–14, whose information is provided to us by a parent or guardian.

• Sponsors, donors, coach applicants, and visitors to our website.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Provided by parents and guardians at registration:

• Player's name, date of birth, age group, and jersey size and number

• Parent/guardian name, phone number, email address, and mailing address

• Emergency contact name and phone number

• Allergies, medical conditions, and medications that the parent discloses so we can keep the player safe

• Signed waivers and code-of-conduct agreements

Payments: Tuition, registration, tryout, uniform, and other payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems. For families using Step Up For Students funding, we receive the information needed to confirm enrollment and process the payment request through that program.

Sponsors and donors: business or donor name, contact person, email, phone, logo, and the amount and date of a sponsorship or donation.

Coach and volunteer applicants: information you submit when applying, including experience, certifications, and the results of any required background screening.

Website visitors: information you type into our contact form or chat (name, phone, email, message), and basic analytics through cookies, such as pages visited, device type, and general location. You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser.

Photos and video: as described in our Liability Waiver and Release Agreement, LMS Academy photographs, records, and livestreams sessions, games, and events (see Section 5).

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Player information is provided by a parent or guardian. If we learn that a child has sent us personal information directly, we will delete it.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To register players, place them on teams, and run sessions, games, tournaments, and events

• To contact families about schedules, weather cancellations, closures, and safety matters by email, phone, or text

• To respond in a medical emergency and to keep players safe

• To process payments, registration fees, and Step Up For Students payment requests

• To order uniforms and assign jersey numbers

• To send donor receipts and written acknowledgments for sponsorships and donations

• To screen coaches and volunteers

• To improve our website and programs

• To meet legal, tax, insurance, and record-keeping requirements

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

• Between LMS Academy LLC and LMS Academy Foundation Inc., as needed to run programs, scholarships, and Step Up For Students enrollment

• With service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor, registration and website platform, email and text messaging tools, and uniform supplier, only for the job they perform for us

• With leagues, tournaments, and soccer associations when a player is registered to participate in their events

• With Step Up For Students, for families who choose to use that funding

• With emergency medical personnel in an emergency

• When required by law, or to protect the safety of players, families, staff, or the public

5. PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND LIVESTREAMS

Under Section 10 (Media Release) of our Liability Waiver and Release Agreement, LMS Academy may photograph, record, and livestream players during our programs, and may use that media on our website, social media (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok), advertising, and printed materials. To protect players:

• We do not publish a player's home address, school, phone number, date of birth, or medical information.

• We generally identify players by first name, team, or jersey number only.

• Staff may not take or use photos or videos of players for personal use.

To ask us to take down a specific photo or video, email us at the address below. We will review every request.

6. COMMUNICATION WITH PLAYERS

Under our Safe Environment & Harassment Policy, staff do not privately message or directly contact minors. All communication goes through parents and guardians.

7. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

We limit access to player and family information to staff who need it. We use reputable service providers with security safeguards, and payment card data is handled by our payment processor. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected families if a breach occurs, as required by Florida law.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep registration, waiver, payment, and donation records for as long as needed to run our programs and to meet legal, tax, insurance, and record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete or securely dispose of it.

9. YOUR CHOICES

Parents and guardians may ask to see, correct, or update their family's information; ask us to delete information we no longer need, unless we must keep it by law; and opt out of marketing emails at any time (we will still send messages about schedules, safety, and payments). 10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may link to other sites, such as our social media pages, payment processor, or Step Up For Students. Their privacy practices are their own.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
