These Terms and Conditions apply to lmsoccer.com and to registering, paying, sponsoring, or donating through it. The website is operated by LMS Academy LLC. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. WHO WE ARE

• LMS Academy LLC runs our paid programs: training, teams, private coaching, camps, birthday parties, uniforms, and business sponsorships.

• LMS Academy Foundation Inc. is a separate Florida nonprofit corporation, exempt under Section 501(c)(3) (EIN 39-4202286). It runs our scholarship, community outreach, and donation programs.

2. REGISTRATION AND THE LIABILITY WAIVER

• Registration is completed online through this website by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.

• No player may participate until the parent or guardian has signed the LMS Academy Liability Waiver and Release Agreement and the Codes of Conduct. The waiver is a separate agreement that governs participation, risks, medical consent, media release, and conduct. If these Terms and the waiver conflict, the waiver controls.

• You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date, including medical and emergency contact information.

• New players must attend a tryout before registering. Placement is at the Academy's discretion.

3. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

• Program fees, registration fees, tryout fees, and payment options are listed on our website and in the waiver.

• Payments are processed automatically through a third-party payment processor according to the plan you choose. You authorize those recurring charges until you withdraw as described in the waiver.

• Tournaments, travel, showcases, and extended competition are not included in the base program fee and require separate consent and payment.

• Refunds, withdrawals, holidays, and closures are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Withdrawal Policy, and the Holidays & Closures sections of the waiver.

• Uniform and merchandise purchases are final sale. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt for an approved exchange.

• Step Up For Students: families using that funding must follow the Step Up For Students requirements in the waiver. Funding approval is decided by Step Up For Students, not by LMS Academy.

4. SPONSORSHIPS AND DONATIONS

• Business sponsorships are purchased from LMS Academy LLC. They are advertising, not charitable contributions, and are not tax-deductible as gifts.

• Donations are made to LMS Academy Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors receive a written acknowledgment. Donor recognition is limited to name and logo acknowledgment.

• Gifts are used for the Foundation's charitable programs, which may include, but are not limited to, the purpose named.

• Florida Registration #CH84466. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE.

5. PROGRAM INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE

We work to keep schedules, locations, prices, and program details accurate, but they may change. Schedules may change because of weather, field availability, or other reasons beyond our control. Families will be notified of changes by email or text.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this website for anything unlawful or harmful; submit false information or register someone without authority to do so; copy, scrape, or reuse our content, logos, photos, or videos without written permission; or interfere with the website's security or operation.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The LMS Academy name, logo, crest, photos, videos, drills, and website content belong to LMS Academy LLC and may not be used without written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Payments, registration tools, chat, and links to social media or Step Up For Students are provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and LMS Academy is not responsible for their services.

9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMS Academy LLC and LMS Academy Foundation Inc. are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Participation in our programs is governed by the Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.

10. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information and is part of these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
